This site contains most of the erotic fiction that I wrote as Mike Kimera between 2000 and 2011.

I focused on erotic fiction because I believed that sex and lust and the choices we make about them often tell us who we are more clearly than any other aspect of our lives.

Whether you’ve visited here before or have found this site for the first time, I hope you find something here that resonates with you.

To help you find a story that matches your mood, I’ve divided them into the categories at the top of the page.

For personal reasons I have decided to stop writing as Mike Kimera.

I have left this website up because some people have asked to continue to have access to the stories that are posted here.

I’d like to thank everyone who has read and or commented on my stories over the years.

  1. Mike-

So glad to see this, so much of your work in one place. I had great plans for progress today but now it seems that I’ll be doing some reading first!

    • Hi Zillah,

I hope you enjoyed your reading. Let me know if anything caught your eye. Thanks for commenting.

  2. Wow, tripped over this site a few days ago and I’m obsessed. Can’t seem to tear myself away. Thanks and keep up the good work.

    • Hi Blythe,

I’m glad you’re enjoying the stories. I haven’t started to promote this site yet, so I’m pleased you stumbled across it.

  3. Sir,

i am thrilled to have found your site. i read a story you wrote, it seems years ago now, on the Erotica Readers and Writers Association website. i remember the moment when i felt embarrassed because i was quite sure that my deepest, darkest thoughts had somehow escaped the confines of my mind and were now published for everyone to see.

Thank You for what You do.

You’re work is a pleasure to read.

  4. Hi Alicia,

I’m glad you found the site. I haven’t been promoting it because I’ve been taking a break from writing, but I hope to be starting again soon.

“Other Bonds Than Leather” is a story that seems to resonate with a lot of people. I like to think that this is because it is a straight forward and honest view about how a D/s relationship might develop. It puts a layer of humanity over the BDSM myth.

Anyway, thanks for visiting the site. I hope to be having some new stories up in the next few weeks.

    Happy New Year

    • Hi Ironingboardlady,

      Intriguing name. Thank you.

If there’s no passion then there’s no point.

I hope you enjoy the rest of the stories as well

  5. I wandered here from ERWA’s Storytime after reading your flasher. What a wonderful surprise to find your stories all in one place. I’ve just read a few and remembered how excellently you capture those little things, those spaces between what is, was and can possibly be. Thank you. It is good to read literature. I know I’ll return to read more.

    • Hi Seneca,

it’s great to know that you visited the site and enjoyed it. I put this together when I wasn’t sure if I would keep writing. I wanted the stories to be available somewhere. Literature, huh? Well it’s a good goal and I like to think I get there sometimes.

Thanks for letting me know you stopped by.

  6. Mike,

I’ve been reading your work on ERWA. I love it and I’m glad I found all your stories in one place. Your work is amazing. I write my own erotica but am not brave enough to let anyone read it. Thank you for sharing your work with us. I’ll spend the next few days devouring everything on your site.

    Thank you.

  7. I returned to this familiar site of your erotic fiction tonight for a bedtime story, only to discover that you have chosen to cease sharing your gift with me, and others who find that you can say with vivid, endless dimension what we can only dream. Your writings will become the faceless, just-out-of-sight lover that we reach for in our fantasies but is unobtainable, mysterious and irresistable. I am glad that your WordPress collection will remain available. I wish you well, and thank you for helping me find myself within the desires I didn’t even know I had.

  8. I’m just another of your many fans that come here to read and to fantasize, and to embrace the passion. And like them, I wish you would continue your writings. Your stories far more than just sex.

    • Hi Huck.

thank you. I hope the stories are about more than sex. It was tought to step away but it was the right thing for me to do for my personal life. I still write but under a different name. I’ll send it to you by email.

  9. I come back here when I want to read well written, erotic stories. You are still among the best.

  10. Omg i loved your work i first started reading your work on Erwa thank you for contribution to erotic fiction 🙂

    • Thank you. I’m glad you enjoy it. Thanks for taking the time to comment. It’s good to know the stories are still being read

  11. i am a writer of erotic fiction and you and I seem to share similar proclivities. I also collect quotes, and recently shared the one below with a fellow enthusiast. I can’t remember where I picked it up, but it prompted me to look you up…and I found your terrific site.
Just started reading your D/s stuff, and am much impressed. You are a master of the genre!

“Of course, in providing the text the author only create the potential
for art. We, the readers, release that potential when we masturbate in
response to the story…we participate in asynchronous interactive performance art.”

    • Hi Don,

thank you. I’m glad you like the stories.

“The Internet Closet” came out of jokey discussion on the list at the Erotic Readers and Writters Association. If you enjoy discussing your writing you should look them up. Here’s the webpage. http://erotica-readers.com/

      Good luck with your writing.

  12. I just read Sex With Owen. I have to argue with your assertion on this website that you provide the text and the reader provides the meaning. Part of meaning is what you put forth, yes, and part of it is what I perceive and interpret. But that statement is insufficient recognition for your craftsmanship. You put to words things felt and known but not articulated. I will have to return to this piece many times to fully experience the richness, depth, and self-containment, to give due recognition to all the you did right and all the wrongs you so expertly avoided. There’s such a range to sexual experience that part of me resists saying this, but still you have to hear what this piece really is, so I’ll say it. This is the single most complete, connected, arousing, and satisfying piece of sex writing I have ever read.

    • Hello, All CJ,

I don’t get to this site much anymore so I’ve only just seen the comment you made back in June.

I’m glad you enjoyed “Sex With Owen”. I re-read it when I saw your comment and I’m still pleased with it. It took me a long time to get to the point where I could write a story where almost nothing happens but which is still emotionally intense.

      Anyway, thank you for commenting.

      • Hi Nelson,

I’m glad you like my stuff.

I stopped writing erotica back in April 2011 because I felt it was getting in the way of my relationship with my wife.

I have continued to write under another name. My output is a little lower but I am part way through a novel that I hope to get published.

If you would like to stuff, let me know and I will send you the details to your email

      • Hi Mike I’d love it if you would! And many thanks in advance.

  13. Hi Mike, I was looking for your email address on your site, but I could not locate. I’d like to trade a text link with you. I have a site featuring my fine art photography of the female nude, and I think both you and your readership would enjoy and hopefully support my work.

    Please visit: http://www.erotic-fine-art.com

    and check out my work.

Thank you so much Mike !!!

    – Craig

  14. I am really looking forward to checking out your blog, Never read erotic fiction from a man’s POV, so very interested in reading.

  15. Dear The Man Behind Mike, I just wanted to leave a comment just to let you know, years after you stopped writing, the people are still reading. Your work is stunning. Will be searching for your work in your reincarnation.
